TLM,
It would appear you agree with my judgement of his abilities (or lack of)!!!
Not even half the player of last year.........

Absolutely. He was consistently brilliant last season and got the recognition he deserved. This season he looks heavier and less motivated. His performance on Saturday was embarrassing and he should be dropped. As you say he is captain so he probably wont be. He is one of a few experienced players who appear to be undroppable whilst the promising youngsters cant get a game.

Back to scoring more than the opposition with a 3-4 win

Our lass says a 2-1 defeat.

3-0 to the club with the positive attitude and never say day attitude. The club with the inferiority complex will be happy to get zero.

Oh Great, I know you should be aware of a couple of players strengths in all opposition teams but 2 days :o
The last time I can remember this properly working was against Port Vale years ago

“We’ve had a decent enough week. We’ll have a couple of days looking at Accrington to see how we can impose ourselves on them because that’s what we want to do.”

http://www.lep.co.uk/sport/football/mor ... -1-7853230?

I was trying to build up to a creditable draw, but if we have spent half the week worrying about them, then I am going 3.1 to Accrington
Enjoy yourself.... It is later than you think

Despite the Hartlepool result, still believe, we will want to put the results back on track. Stanley 1 Shrimps 2.

Well for once the budget cant be used as a excuse then again, it really goes against the grain but I cant see anything but a defeat and the interview with Jimbo in the LEP did nothing to make me think differently so - the team from the dark side 3 - 1 Morecambe.

Just want the team to restore some pride...if not for the fans but for themselves.

Not going to make any prediction but if we can halt the Accy promotion push for 90 minutes that for me will do.

Mrs O thinks 3-3.

I'm a bit worried and think another 5-2 defeat is on the cards.

It depends on selection and attitude. This would be my team.

GK O'Hara
RB Parrish
CB Doyle
CB Edwards
LB McGowan
DM Kenyon
CM Goodall (Fleming if available)
RM Devitt
LM Ellison
STR Barkhuizen (playing from deep)
STR Miller

2-1 to us if sent out to be positive and get at them from the off.

Good teamsheet Posh ,unfortunately a bit too attacking though for Jim , I would imagine, he will probably stick Miller up front alone and go for damage limitation.

I think Jim will play Beeley.

I hope he starts Devitt , even if Jim knows he won't be here next season we need our best team to beat Accrington. It is not a match for trialists !

That's exactly the team I had in mind with Barkhuizen playing through the middle where his pace would cause Accy the most problems, unfortunately I cant see it happening and didn't Jimbo say once before that this was just another game.

SteveMFC,MPH,
That would do fo rme as well, but alas I can't see it happening,Beeley will start and we will have extra men at the back (to try to cover for him) and will get rolled.

Sadly they won't let up and I'm going for a 3-0 loss.
