He has been moved around defence and midfield, just like others and feel sorry for him with that. His legs aren't what they were, wish him all the best. When he played in front of the defence earlier in the season, he looked assured in the most part
Young Bondswell just hasn't had the opportunity, looked promising in the few times I have seen him play. Good luck to him

Kenyon is clearly our marmite player. I think he's well worth keeping. Scored some good goals with great runs and always works hard. He's still young but strong in the tackle and plays it simply.

said a few times on here, Kenyon as the attributes to make a decent L/B.

Of course he will improve if Jim keeps coaching him, but I doubt that he will ever amount to much. He will never become a left back, he is too slow and can't tackle.

arguably Morecambe's best ever defender Jim Bentley wasn't exactly fast by any stretch, nor was Bobby Moore or Huth and Morgan currently at Leicester.
I think Kenyon's a good tackler, and good at heading the ball, just cos he's been booked a few times this season, seem harsh to say he can't tackle.
so that's you shot down
best you can comeback with? talking about pace, it was you who said he's slow.Caged Lion wrote:George Dawes wrote:Caged Lion wrote:

Yep you got me. No denying that Kenyon compares favourably to Sir Bobby Moore
