Such a shame! They had 3 opportunities to gain promotion and blew all of them!! Doubt they will be anywhere near next season, so sad :D :D

Watched the end of the Millwall game and I noticed the Bradford fans were in the upper tier with the lower tier left empty. Is this a regular thing at The Den? Makes sense given the aggressive nature of the home support. The pitch invasion was less about celebrating and more about goading the Bradford fans. It's a shame the Millwall captain had to tell the players to position themselves near the tunnel prior to the full time whistle. A contrast to the Wimbledon fans who celebrated with their heroes on Wednesday and didn't go anywhere near the home fans.

Don't think it will be the most pleasant day, when we were there for the JPT last month it was a really great, friendly affair with the Oxford fans, next Sunday will, I imagine be totally different, like when we played Cardiff in the cup semi, their fans were total animals, attacking families etc.....we have fantastic seats though, just hope our excellent recent run can continue for 1 more game

Videos on social media appear to show Millwall fans on the top tier breaking through a barrier of stewards/police to attack Barnsley fans

Yes, we were in the lower tier, you could see the Millwall hooligans making their way towards the areas separating the fans on the top level...it was only about 5 rows wide, crazy to say half the upper tier was empty.....the Met...God bless em were very slow off the mark...it was pretty obvious to anyone in the ground what was going to happen, abs animals, have to say met lots of great, decent Milwall fans today but memories of their fans will always be of the cretins who attacked our fans, chucked coins and objects at the players etc etc.....

Not a mention of the Millwall fans causing trouble on our wonderful BBC !

Its time the authorities did something about Millwall. Their fans have been causing trouble for donkeys years. Start with a 10 point deduction and if they do it again a 20 point deduction. If they persist then Conference South for them :D

In the videos I've seen pre-match you can see both sets of fans throwing bottles at each other with audiable chants of 'yarkshire, yarkshire, yarkshire'. The guy covered in blood in the above picture appears to be from the Millwall mob; how has this happened? Don't think Millwall should cop all the blame.

I'm not condonning what Millwall fans have done; they're well known for trouble making. However, I suspect what has happened is an element of provocation from a few idiot Barnsley fans, which has ended in them running off and leaving ordinary innocent Barnsley folk getting caught up in the events.

A similar thing happened to us at tranmere a couple of seasons ago.

You are very wrong RRW re the events in our National Stadium, yes outside there were at one stage missiles being thrown...inside the stadium their fans were seen running round to the area where the trouble was from the area behind the goal to the halfway line......the police did nothing about it at all......course we have our idiots, a lot more than most but to blame the Barnsley fans on this occasion is just pathetic.....re the situation at Tranmere, I was there, again you could tell for a while before the end of the game what was gong to happen.....

The perfect result.

Accy - good derby to keep and see their miserable faces again
Pompey and Plymouth - bring up to 1,000, good money and good away grounds

Well done Wimbledon. Those matches against MK Dons should be fun.

Bollocks. Good point.

4 wins, 3 draws, 3 losses they are one of the few teams we've got the edge over. Definitely not Accy or Pompey.

Still I'd prefer Argyle's money just not another bank holiday match.

Not the golden goose that was Southend, but someone we picked up points regualry against. But all said, I wanted the Dons to go up so they would be in the same league as MK Dons.

Good to see the back of Northampton; who we've struggled against.

I think we took 12000 to Wembley in 07, and you're right about how many were actual fans.
One of my memories of that day was of a woman sat in the next seat to me who obviously did not know any of the Morecambe players' names and it may have been her first Morecambe game (although that is speculation on my part).
