Im fairly sure we've had the best of him and that he is now fast on the road to being an injury hit journeyman.
Could have been a club legend but now forever destined to be another statistic that went to Morecambe to wind down his career.

On the accy forum it says it wasnt a football related injury, he apparently tore his pec muscle, in the gym I would imagine so its probably nothing to worry about.

A quick Google search shows numerous articles claiming the injury to be to his ankle which kept him out for four months.
We still have a bigger budget than Accy?Kendalshrimp wrote:I remember him suffering the injury last season and listening to radio lancs driving to one of our home games hearing Coleman describe him as the best defender in the league. With the run in Stanley had without dean in the team, it was always guna be difficult for him to get back in the side with Hughes and Davies putting a partnership together. It's clear Stanley wanted to keep him Hughes and Davies. He must of got offered a better deal to come here that's all I can think of !
