England v Iceland at the Globe bar!

I know it has an advert on the OWS, but I think its worth a mention on here that the Globe Bar is opening at 1pm on thursday an hour before kick off for the game, hot pies will be available and plans are in place for the rest of tne England games to be screened there too as well as any other British teams that progress beyond the group stages, I hope it's a success!

Indeed, it's open next Monday night too.

As mentioned on another thread, I kind of hoped it would have been promoted in the local area shops/takeaways etc etc....

Well I am letting my 2 drivers have the afternoon off and I'm treating them to a few pies ,pints , and chauffering them home , but hey, that's the type of guy I am!

Should be showing all the Polish games in the bar, and advertise it around the west end of morecambe .With the large polish community around there it could bring in a few punterskys

I think that's actually a good idea. There's an untapped market in Morecambe. Get some of the Poles down to the Globe and encourage them to come back for Morecambe games.
