in Lille now,

Russians are taking absolutely no notice of UEFA , there attacking Welsh and English fans who are unite sticking toghter against these Russian Ultras

I say Ultras as a lot of ordinary Russian are distancing themselves making a point of being sociable to other fans.

Portugal with Ronaldo, disappointing.

all the teams have played now, Germany, Italy the best so far.

Spain only won with a late goal by a defender, but I suppose can only get better, with arguably the best goal keeper in world football.

Jacqui Oatley does my nut in on itv! Says how amazing it was for a tiny little country (koochy koochy koo!) like Iceland to get a draw against Portugal. The same Portugal that is in fact smaller than Iceland...

Geographically larger by area, maybe, but according to Googly, its current population is 10,304,000, so almost 10 million more people to pick from, including moaning old grannies like Ronaldo!!

Stay safe abroad all Shrimpy types.

Well we spent ages trying to break down the Russian defence, Slovakia have taken it apart in the first half, having previously lost to Wales.

The Wales game has got even bigger

The Wales game needs the right England team selection but Hodgson seems unable or unaware of the best team. It certainly wouldn't contain, in my opinion, Stirling and it wouldn't have the main striker taking the corners! Surely Vardy offers a threat to the Welsh defence in a must win game? The ever cautious and defensive Hodgson will pick the same team as in the first game!

... then just like a Morecambe or an England they sit back, invite pressure, concede, then struggle to get out of their own half for the last 15 minutes
