As far as I'm aware Jim wants to add another striker with experience and forrester isn't one we're looking at. We have smalley still on trial he'll wait and see how he gets on in games before looking to bring in anyone else. As the season gets closer tho players will get released from trials at league 1 and other league 2 clubs and may come to us asking for a trial and that's how we signed Miller last season so wouldn't panic just yet over the lack of squad numbers.

The only way forrester will be coming here is if he's desperate for a club n were desperate for a striker a couple weeks before the season. Very unlikely we'll be seeing him playing for us this season

Whoever KS is getting his info from must be an 'insider' as once again he's right about not signing Shay McCarten as he's just signed a new 2 year deal with Stanley. Would have been the ideal replacement for Jamie but we must now move on to the next target and hope that we are able to replace last seasons play maker.
