Tickets on OWS.

Ordering tickets on the OWS is a ''bag'o'shite!

I honestly think the club don't want our money, I have friends ringing me about the pre season games including hospitality, just tried to do it for them , 2015 season details still on the ticket section, really cannot be arsed!

From the OWS:

https://www.venuetoolbox.com/morecambefc/ASP/bookTickets.asp?homeArea=home&dept=

Once created a log in, you can select ticketsize and pay online.

Just completed it for the Burnley game.

In regard to our website and the general opinion on Shrimpsvoices that it is pretty amateurish and out of date much of the time, I went on the Mansfield website which is in marked contrast to ours.
It was up to date, vibrant, easy to read, very user friendly, and immediately gave me the impression of a well run website.
This in turn becomes a positive for the club and if I was so inclined would make me more interested in Mansfield and could potentially bring in new supporters.
The website is one of the "front of house" tools that clubs use, and it once again highlighted for me our poor customer relations in this area.

Thankyou for the link, no mention of hospitality prices or booking options though, when the Burnley fixture was announced I expressed an interest in sponsoring the game, to a couple of people associated with the club, I was told that my interest had been mentioned to the commercial manager, I never heard a thing back from them, I believe they now have a sponsor for that game, I won't be doing another one.

It's hit and miss with the club, sometimes they've been utterly hopeless in my queries and others where they were swift and very good indeed. I was looking at hospitality for Blackpool but unfortunately everyone that was going to come have booked holidays etc when the fixture is which kind of scuppered it.

Well a lot of Blackpool boxes etc were given away as prizes in the draw on Saturday. Surprised me that as that was clearly the easiest game to 'sell'.. I know someone who won a Portsmouth table but can't go cos they are on holiday

It was pointed out to me last night at the match by a senior official from the club, that they had tried to contact me several times regarding the sponsorship of the Burnley game and I had not replied to the messages I had been left, It was also pointed out to me that as soon as the fixture was announced the match sponsorship had been sold, I am happy to accept this explanation on the basis that, as it was bluntly put to me , to dispute it would mean I was calling club officials, liars, which I am not doing, however, having had time to think about it, if the sponsorship was immediately sold, why were the club trying to contact me?

odd.

I have deleted my response to the last comment as on reflection it was uncalled for, I apologise.
