Was part of the squad who underwent the torture camp the previous week. So may well be in Jim's mind for a contract. but still think he could be too lightweight but no disputing that he rose well at the back post after making room for himself with his headed second goal and in fairness he lost his marker with that bit of skill and intelligence.

Assuming that he is offered a contract that would mean that the striking options for Jim would be Mullers, Turner, McDonald and Stockton with Smalley still in contention plus the Burnley lad if an agreement could be agreed about appearances AND let's not forget KS's post about the return of wee Jack Redshaw.

So much for the thoughts of a 50% cut in the budget.
