I'm slightly confused so might need a bit of clarification here, there seems to be a lot of discussion on t'internet around the EFL cup and the EFL trophy so is the cup formally the capital 1 cup and the trophy the old JPT?
My brain is starting to hurt now!

The Trophy is the Football League Trophy (ex Autoglass, LDV and JPT) with added top teams in it
