It's just my opinion but are Drummond/ Wainright bringing anything to the table?

If he would be interested in sorting out our failing youth structure then we would be foolish to not offer him a role. Our current academy structure is purely a money making operation in terms of educational grants with agegroup teams routinely finishing last in each age category. Utilised properly it could produce players able to sustain league football by creating saleable assets. To me it would be a better plan than the Hotel in Westgate idea.

Ha ha! Now that's a rose tinted idea if ever I heard one. Are you being serious?
JH was replaced as he had taken us as far as he could ten years ago. PMG got it bang on really and the proof was Sammy got us up with two seasons and JH went on to being sacked by a number of non-league clubs.
Do you really think Jim would suddenly become a good manager with JH by his side?
For me, any new manager would have to be a completely new face to MFC as the place needs a real shake-up, including the reserves.
