This game is only ONE WEEK away and we still have no official confirmation of the date of the game...!

You'd have thought ticket prices etc would have been announced by now and actually on sale!!!!!!!!

Frustrating.

Expect a embarrassingly low crowd for this. Opportunity missed.

They should have been on sale on Saturday at the Blackpool game in an ideal world.

A fair few people were asking in the shop about them then !!

Disorganised. :(

I would have hoped that the club would be publicising in Morecambe , Lancaster , Kendal , Carnforth etc the fact that next Wednesday 24th August Morecambe are entertaining a Premier League team in proper competition for just the 3rd time in our history.

We should also be trying to entice as many Liverpool fans in the area as possible (and there are a lot !) to come down to The Globe arena and see one of their future stars playing up front for Morecambe

Good deal that. Lets hope there is time to get the message across and a decent crowd gets to watch.

Apparently...

The decision to move the game to Wednesday was Bournemouth. They were late in confirming the move. The club then contacted the company that have responsibility for the fixtures, but they didn't change the date.

In short, the club did everything right, it was beyond their control.
