I just wanted to point out that there have been no posts on here moaning about the ground, how the view is awful, the facilities are substandard, the match day experience is rubbish etc etc so far this season.

It's often used as an excuse for why crowds are bad which I personally believe is rubbish. Performances on the field will dictate a happy match day experience, can we please remember this in a few months time when / if we go through a bit of a sticky patch and all the usual "I could't get served a pie within 30 seconds of joining the queue, this is having an adverse effect on attendances" type of posts pop up.

Ridiculous inflation. Hope my wages go up 9% too.

Can't quite see how the views are 'awful' when there are no supporting pillars on any of the stands, one of the terraces is uncovered and you can pretty much sit/stand anywhere in the ground.

For a club of this size at this level the ground is of a very good standard - there are far worse in the league.

Not quite sure what you are expecting from a 'matchday experience' - sitting alone on a sofa with your own private chef and waiter? Sounds like the opinion of a typical armchair fan to me!!! Now get back to Sky and let everyone else enjoy the match!!

It's not to do with pillars. The restricted views are seats at the back/top of the PMG, particularly the ones close to the W&L up the corners where you can only see up to the half way line as you are next to the wall. The seats have to be there to conform with League rules.

Having said that, if you were in block D restricted view seat you would have seen about 95% of the second half v Portsmouth
