Just echo the other comments. Excellent performance across the team but special mention for me goes to Rose who I thought was outstanding

Fleming and Rose outstanding tonight. What a signing Rose is. A quality, composed addition to our squad. Whitmore getting better and better each game and almost pulling Edwards along too! Who'd have thought that Winnard and Murphy would have to fight for a shirt! COYS!

Bournemouth were time wasting for the last half hour.

What does the ref add on at the end - 3 extra minutes !

When we are hanging on refs always add 5 minutes minimum.

I hope we are in the process of negotiating a contract extension for Tom Barkhuizen or we are in for another Miller/Devitt loss.

I would like to add my (& Mrs A's, since since she lost her log-in details due to a computer malfunction) voice to those saying how proud we feel about last night's performance. 49 places between us in the league (how many was it with Rotherham - one for the stattos) and it could have been 4. If we can keep playing like that all season, The Globe will be rocking every home match, and attendances will rise.

So very, very proud of our lads. All 14 of them are heroes. You don't have to win a match to be winners.

As in the Pompey game Rose was outstanding but you could say that about the lot of them.

Woke up this morning realising that I'd been fortunate to witness possibly the best performance under the present management team. The bar has been raised to a level that has now to be replicated at every match.

:D :D :D

If we can keep up that kind of that performance. We can beat ANYONE in league 2. Great game by the lads. No disgrace in defeat. Hope they enjoy a day off. Then Stuff Accy on Saturday.

Fantastic, entertaining game to watch. we were very unlucky not to get the draw we deserved. First game I have been to for a very long time and really enjoyed it. I have absolutely no problem walking away from a defeat when we play like that, none whatsoever. Quite possibly the best game I have seen at The Globe. Excellent stuff, looked like a team, great passing, great movement and if we can play like that every match, we will deserve to be at the top end of the League. Well done to everyone and great to see Jim on the touchline.

Jimbo (friendly name this week) was a bit disheartened by the loss at the end of the game in the downstairs bar as he was leaving; he needn't be as I think his team gave it their best efforts but frustratingly came up just a bit short. A great advert for the club.

We were a bit slow to start in each half, which ultimately cost us. But we should take nothing but the positives from last nights display into our next game and hopefully get the win at Stanley.

Totally agree young man but the next home will not be a tenner to get in , so no matter how good that performance was last night unfortunately most of them wont turn up. :(
