Good to see PM given albeit a short run out last night.

I understand he's in line for a further run out with the reserves next week as he continues his comeback.

Welcome back PM.... ;)

Great news.

Be like a new signing when he is back up to match fitness.

Let's hope that this time he doesn't have another incident. If he does then I suspect it could be his last with us.

Perfect midfield for me would be defensive cover of Rose, central holding midfielder Murphy and the creativity of Wildig.

No regular place for Fleming for me despite improvement to date. :(

I have a slightly different view. I didn't see enough of Murphy before his injury that persuaded me he should walk back in if fit and I've always seen a lot of good things in Fleming, tho he hasn't always delivered.
I hope Murphs does recover fully and play well enough to earn a regular place but he shouldn't just walk back in on his name.

Jim said Murphy is due to start a programme of preseason games from next week as the next part of his rehabilitation. I think the 10 mins last night were a bonus, think he is still a month away and surely won't be rushed. If Murphy can get back the form he has a year ago when he first arrived then I agree, its going to be a very difficult decision for Jimbo over who to leave out. Based on current form Rose is the first name on the teamsheet. I've also been impressed with Fleming so far, but he needs to add goals to his game.... and then theres Wildig who whilst here on loan looked a cracking player. Nice 'problems' to have.

We won't see Murphy ready to start a league game any time soon I don't think. He's only starting his pre season now if you like and will need a good 6 weeks to look match fit again but with the form the teams in he'd struggle to get back in even at his best. Really hope he gets fit and back playing because any more long injuries then the club won't be prepared to offer him a new deal !
