Notts County v Morecambe abandoned with no Player

Roche McGowan Edwards Winnard Jennings Rose Murphy c Barkhuizen Mullin Ellison Stockton, Subs Nizic Kenyon Molyneux Conlan Whitmore Massanka Dunn

Notts County, 16,000 all seater stadium with a full time press officer and only work out they have two working ISDN Lines at 2.20pm on a match day. These are taken by BBC NOtts and Lancs, so us and the Bay are left with a three and half hour journey for nothing.
Really sorry this has happened, but it's completely beyond our control. We have to rely on the host club making sure they have everything they should.
Unfortunately this tin pot outfit couldn't organise a bin collection.
It's not rocket science, apparently they knew there have been problems, when I pointed it out they apologised and said there is nothing they can do.
Lancs are full so you will have to listen to County Plyer, Sorry again!

Go onto their website , go to their Player and log in using your password ....Simples ..
Dont rush though it sounds like it might be about to be postponed

Just back. Never seen rain like it and fork lightning overhead with crashing thunder. Didn't seem to want to pass over so pitch became increasingly waterlogged. Correct decision to abandon as players could get injured. Rose got booked for a tackle more down to conditions than intent. Drove back through torrential rain until Cheshire so the Midlands must have copped for it. Interesting that Burton game completed. Cornish pasties were good though.

The Reays Morecambe FC team bus was just arriving back at the Globe about 7-45 when I was passing.

A long day for 10 minutes football :(

Not automatically. Up to the ref if he thinks it was down to conditions, otherwise it stands. No right of appeal against yellow cards either. As it is, it counts.

Thanks Keith. I remember we had a man sent off in the abandoned game at Accrington, which rightfully stood, but wasn't sure about yellows.
