Tough game Saturday - even moreso now after last nights battlezone.

I'll go for a respectable 1-1 draw.

Going to be really tough without anyone playing in midfield. 1-3

Any suggestions for what team we'll play if as Freez says on another thread that Winnard, Edwards, Kenyon, Wildig, Rose and Fleming could all be out?

That would leave us with Murphy being our only available central midfielder and Whitmore our only available centre back.

Wakefield started his career as a centre back and only relatively recently moved to right back so we could play him alongside Whitmore in defence with McGowan at right back and Conlan / Jennings at left back.

Absolutely no idea who we could play in midfield alongside Murphy though as I can't see Jim throwing Ben Hedley into first team action this soon.

Isn't Conlan on international duty ?

A pity the Notts County game has been re-arranged so quickly for next Tuesday but we didn't know what damage Charlie Adam was going to inflict when that was re-scheduled !

It would appear so yes, so that will be Jennings at left back I would assume.

Looks like we'll have to play an attacking midfield, as we've only got attacking players to play there, excluding Murphy. That means we could be shaky at the back (again!), but hopefully good going forward, as long as they don't conflict with each other. On that basis...

Fleming may be fit according to Facebook so hopefully he will kick Devitt off the park

Conlan played the full match as NI U21's drew 1-1 with Ukraine in Kiev.
