What Jim has managed to do to keep us in the football league is
nothing short of brilliant. Let's face it, in reality we are a mid
to upper conference team. His man to man management is I'm told
Second to none, we were a bees dick away from a result against
Bournemouth, the other game I saw against Orient was a travesty
and I'm sure if i wasn't there we
Would've won. I'm surprised no one has come in for him earlier.
PLUS!!! He apparently kissed my sister after we
Got promotion and lived !!!. But
To be fair there were kisses
Going on all round that night
hell if I'd've been there I'd've kissed them all !
I think we would be struggling to get anyone half decent
if Jim left.

Micky Mellon set to take over at tranmere now, you'd expect them to push for promotion with him in charge, will Shrewsbury turn to jimbo now ?

People won't be interested in Jim until he actually achieves something. Coleman managed to get Accy into the playoffs and even then his "big job offer" was Rochdale which he failed at miserably.

Whilst we all know Jim is brilliant and he's doing a great job just keeping Morecambe in L2 won't see him being looked at by clubs higher up the pyramid.

This isn't just putting 2 and 2 together. I'm hearing Shrewsbury really want Jim to be their next manager

They have Westley on their list and I thought he was taking the Newport County job.

If we're going to get worried every time a League 1 or 2 manager is sacked we'll be nervous wrecks by the end of the season

So how did that work out then?

No sign of Jim being touted as manager on the Blue and Amber forum. They all seem to want "name" managers.

We shall see.

Looking at Shrewsbury's shopping list which Mark posted, this must be the first job that Alan Curbishley's name has not been associated with...!!

kendalshrimp, do you think PNE boss Simon Grayson will take the Villa job then as has been rumoured?? ;) ;) ;)
