It sounds like we had three really good chances and a penalty shout before they scored. Had we taken any one of those opportunities and gone a goal up, would we have grown in confidence and battered Stevenage? It sounded like we were playing okay until they scored, then became devoid of all ideas? Was it the width of the woodwork between a crap & happy Saturday evening?

Too many passengers in this side who aren't consistent enough and think jim definitely got it wrong today in terms of team selection ! The thing is now jim knows if this type of form continues at home he won't have much longer left as the new board will definitely ring the changes if things don't improve. I hope our home form gets better as much as anyone but if not then I can't see jim being in charge this time next season !
Also no mark dixon at the game today either and heard a rumour he's left the club anyone know if this is true. ?

You should have had a job with the Russian Politburo, they would have appreciated your ability to re-write historyMcIlroy, who had previously managed Norwich Victoria, Macclesfield, Stockport and Northern Ireland, said: "We spoke about a new deal but I just thought it was better for me and for the club that I looked for a new challenge and the club brought in a fresh face."

During it, he mentioned the depth of squad that he has "Chris Eagles didn't even make the bench". I want to see Jim having a season where he has enough cash to sign the players that he wants. If we still produce the same crap at home, then fair enough, it would then be time to try something new. As it is, I still think he's doing an amazing job just keeping us in League Two.

what would other managers do in jim position oh i know possibly resign with no spending cash that is how hard it has been even look at accy they thrown money after january to reach the playoffs/ autos we are not far way of competeing in the playoffs if the investment is there we have to use it.
yes i agree the team has stagnated over the years with the availble fianances at the time it is understandable as no other means of signing players on frees wich the club could afford at the time

I go around numerous different workplaces. The worst ones are the ones with that kind of motivational posters/messages around the place.
Just the same as the schools with the worst bullying problems are the ones with the most anti-bullying posters.
