Give it time lads, we'll be in 23rd soon. The Jim might go.

Yes he has spent most of the time watching the ball go over his head. Not in the game at all

Aye, but their home form isn't a problem, nor the talk on sky sports news highlighting our home record and Exeter's form this season coming into this fixture.

Not really bothered about accy losing Danny it's not worth trying to deflect attention from our crap home form. I've been saying for months our tactics and formation are to blame and who dictates this....hmmm!!!!

Rubbish. Exeter are sitting back and allowing us to play. In 25 minutes we've had 1 decent chance.

Well ........................ as a big supporter of Jim Bentley, I think that I now have to say "thanks Jim and goodbye!" If our new owners are decent businessmen (and I assume they are), they must surely realise that in order to protect and grow their investment, the first priority is to get a winning team on the field and then to look at other issues connected to the club once that is sorted.

In my opinion, they now need to look for a new manager and get him in post before the January transfer window so that he can buy players that he believes will start to produce the goods. For whatever reason, the current set up don't seem capable of doing that.

Time to move on - or go back to non-league football, and I don't think that that is what Diego and co had in mind!!!!!

I wasn't trying to deflect attention away from our crap home form. Just saying bottom club winning away. Having said that, at leasy Accy are coming back, now 1 - 2. Other teams must relish the thought of coming to the Globe and taking away an easy 3 points!!

I'm not! The clue is "Morecambe Player" in the quote and the "quotation marks". And the fact that this is the "LIVE Player Thread"

Possession:
Morecambe 44%
Exeter 56%

They were in a relegation spot at the start of the game, but were "considerably better than us".

Six league defeats on the trot.

Coventry must be worried

Forget the second half Exeter took their foot of the gas the game was won. Nothing is changing its the same every home game, we looked as if we had put the clocks back a day early and was still in bed for the first half, second to the ball, caught in possession, slow to react, poor in possession but even worse without the ball, I could go on but what's the point nothing will change it is what is crap.

Fear not I am predicting an upturn in our performances soon , my mrs has a theory  .
We always struggle against the teams at the bottom of the league yet do well against teams above us ! . Before long there won't be many teams below us so.......... :D

Mrs A came up with a good idea. Perhaps we could see if Dignitas could do a bulk discount for us poor Morecambe fans (or maybe players). Are we masochists like Posh, or eternal optimists, to keep turning up to watch this?

reminds me of that old joke
2 men were shipwrecked on a deserted island, 1 turned to the other and said, I see Morecambe lost again! Tother 1 said how do you know that?
Etc!

If there was a scout from Coventry there today he's probably up in A&E with cracked ribs right now from laffing at how bad we were. It was abysmal from start to finish. They just took their foot off the gas in the second half. Less passengers on the London Underground than us today. Can't go on!

I'm lost for words after watching that today.

I'll be at the Coventry and Bradford cup games which I need to pay for as my season ticket of course doesn't cover those games but, my goodness, my patience is being severely tested it pains me to say.

Disappointed in Murphy today. Again.
