Yesterday we witnessed yet another pathetic home performance.Has anybody who says Jim must stay
now changed their mind because i cannot believe after watching that crap he can be defended. If he gets the supposed funds in January which players are going to want to come to get involved in a relegation battle?Not many even short term,even if funds are available, the sad inevitable needs to happen sooner rather than later.

I'm one of those who yesterday was the straw that broke the camels back so to speak. I'd like to see what Jim could do with an increased playing budget but we've got at least 5 home games before we get to January. Can we really carry on as we are for another 2 months without taking any action?

Yes, I said I'd like to see what he could do with more funds but at that time, even though we were losing at home, most peoples reports seemed to be that the team was functioning better than last year so there was a glimmer of hope. Have Jim's tactics ever changed for more than just an odd game? It doesn't seem like it so probably time for new management.

For me the problem is more midfield than defence.

It's almost a completely different back line , only Edwards remains from the permanent signings last season and Conlan played on loan at the end of last season.

Fleming has a lot of critics on here but for me we missed him more than anyone yesterday. Murphy has looked a shadow of the player he was at Accrington so far but he will get sharper with games.

Another important player missing is Wildig , we need his surging runs into the opposition box.

I think Jim will get a chance to rebuild in January , hopefully we can get 10 so points before then to keep us out of the relegation zone and in sight of the play-offs.

For some reason his ability to stop shots from a distance seems to have vanished. The vast majority of goals against us to date have come from shots rather than goal mouth scrambles.

Maybe it's time we gave an opportunity to Dan Nizic to see what he can do.....

Pointing the blame at one player is ridiculous. The team is a complete shower from midfield backwards.

Midfielders stand off too much, defenders couldn't organise a piss up in a brewery and Barry is a great shot stopper but poor at distributing and long rang shots.

No blame on Baz for the goals yesterday and the sarcastic cheers from the fans was not justified.

The 2nd goal got a wicked deflection that gave him no chance.

Its players in our box with acres of space that's the problem. When our players get near their box they had 2 of 3 players on them.

I think that everyone has a collective responsibility. Personally I think so many players are underperforming and not playing anywhere near where they should be at this level. Ultimately the formation,tactics and style of play are decided by the manager. I think defence starts from the front I've watched so many games where our front men and midfield don't close down and work hard enough to stop an attack forming and don't get me started on the defending! The amount of times one of our defenders gives an attacking player metres of room to run into is shocking! Personally if Jim had 10 times the budget I still think he lacks a bit of tactical awareness as has been shown on numerous occasions with some of his baffling formations and substitutiins. I still don't think he knows his best 11 and formation to play in should everyone be fit.

Baz has saved more points and goals conceded for us over his time at the club than the mistakes he makes.

And why do players pass back to his left foot to put him under even more pressure!
