He has to go for me now and I can't believe some people are still backing him. People go about having no money to spend etc which I can accept. But, what I can't understand and what infuriates me is that. Why do we ALWAYS insist on backing off the opposition? Not closing down? Giving them acres of space to run into? Why do the full backs tuck in, players not looking like they are bothered to make a challenge, It was the same last season too None of this in my eyes is down to having money available to spend, but coaching and tactics. Jim doesn't seem to be able to notice this in my opinion, which is why I would not trust him with any money (should it become available to spend) as I fear it would be the same tactics etc regardless of players on the pitch.

It needs a revamp the club now we have a new owner. Somebody with fresh ideas and move us on for the best. Certainly if the run continues things need to change. Don't think it would matter how much you give our current management things would continue. We hoped after last season that we would learn from our mistakes but seems not.
