TIME FOR ACTION

Postby skeletor » Sat Nov 05, 2016 8:55 am

IN MY OPINION NOW IS THE TIME FOR ACTION.those fans who are 'in the know' should come clean and let us all know about all this speculation regarding our club.it is time for the new owners to quash these rumours and let the real fans know what is going on,we need to demand a statement from the club,i am so fed up of being treated like a mushroom.my suggestion would be that fans turn up to the club and congregate outside the ground today until we get a statement of facts as to what is going on.or failing that turn up tomorrow but dont enter the ground until we get some news,ITS MY CLUB AND OUR CLUB!

I admire your passion Skeletor and agree with what you are saying but sadly this club is shite at corresponding with its fans . If you are going to stand outside the globe prepare for a long wait cos they will tell you jack shit !

We need to do something other clubs would have been putting pressure on the club months ago through supporters trusts, protests etc.

Nice old Morecambe though we just stay quiet go along with it if we do raise doubts get told were moaning and instead people just walk away.

I agree it's time we started trying to get organised and start putting pressure on the club.

No doubt we will just be told to stay quiet wait for a fans forum where we will.just be told everything will be ok and they will paint us all a nice picture of the future.

What are the rumours that are circulating? Living in Preston I am out of the loop but I am sure someone could inform us about the rumours without leaving themselves open to legal action.

I think if you want an answer regarding the wages rumours you will probably get it on Sunday if some of the players don't turn up.

Read the Wages thread for starters mate. Then, put two and two together.

Thanks Seasider. I now understand. Worrying rumours that could help explain playing performances and the manager's body language in recent games.

Those fans "in the know", if they even exist, can't post anything unless they know it for FACT. Speculation isn't going to help if it turns out to be inaccurate.

It would certainly help

Fans that sometimes have bits of information do so, without opening themselves up to legal action, you could call this ''gossiping'' , but under the circumstances its better than nothing, which is what you get from the club, fans forums , in my opinion, have been a waste of time, as we are usually sent home with a rosy picture of a new development that then fails to materialise, ultimately ,although there are a board of directors, who support tbe club and put a lot of unpaid hours trying to improve things, decisions are always solely the owners, and who that is , at the moment, is a very gray area!
