Internal Communications

On Wednesday 26th October the club advertised on the OWS for new part and full time coaches as they are striving for Category 3 academy status for next season. The plans are outlined by Drummy and applications must go to him. However he would have to seek permission off somebody higher in the club to a press on with his plans and also to go ahead and advertise for new coaches. Who in there right mind would allow this advert to go ahead knowing that the players and staff were not going to be paid in October?
The club on the release date of the advert would have known that they were not going to pay the wages given the process time the banks require.
Secondly what sort of applications are we now likely to receive given the news today because I would certainly not be leaving my job to go to a business that has just missed paying their staff.

In summary it would seem the communication to the staff is as bad as it is to the fans!!!

Obviously somebody with authority at the club has given approval for this. I can only assume that whoever is in charge has authorised this advert.

Maybe just maybe it is just another example of verbal improvements going forward that have been made to the management team that may appear to be slightly hollow from the overnight news.
