Wycombe highlights

Just watched the highlights and it looked to me as though their first goal was an own goal and that their second was the result of Peter Murphy not tracking back with his man in the goal mouth.

Have to ask but did we put in any tackles during the game.....it looked to me as though we just stood off allowing Wycombe to run at us unchallenged... :?:

We simply can't do that v Coventry or we'll be well and truely stuffed.... :( :( :(

We did try and tackle, however we had four people booked as Mr Handley seemed to want to be the centre of attention and Wycombe do have a habit of being a little theatrical when tackled.
Poor game, two nil flattered them, Whitmores face scored the opener.
Stone wall pen given as a free kick, then the wall stood 8 yards from it and we hit the post. Frustrating day? Yup!

Every tackle resulted in a dive which then resulted in a free kick and a card. It was beyond a joke, they were cheats, simple as! although we didn't play too well at least we don't resort to those tactics!

Sounds like yet another frustrating day for the lads. And we thought Stevenage were the 'queens' of cheating. Step aside...here come the new masters of the art.

It's seems to me that the higher one gets up the FL the less there is of cheating....although referees at our level don't help one bit to cut it out. But then neither do the 'lords and masters' at the FA.
