Hard to pick a MotM today, thought there were many contenders in what was the best performance I've seen this season - certainly at home. Winnard and Edwards looked solid throughout and the much maligned (on here and Facebook page) Jennings continued his improvement putting in another solid display IMO. Wildig was superb and rightly got the sponsors man if the match; he finally seems to be putting a run of games together after a catalog of injuries.

Just to mention Rhys (who I've question why on earth is he here on a two year deal when he's sat behind loanees in the pecking order) - he was brilliant. Obviously he should've scored his close range effort in the first half that hit the bar (had he done so I think he would've been MotM), his generally play was excellent - he won so much in the air and has a good leap for a relatively short guy. Well done Jim, the Players and the singers in the Omega that created a decent atmosphere and really got behind the team - not many in the home end today but I could hear them clearly sat right next to the away fans. A shame that there's now a gap until the next game as the side must be brimming with confidence.

I said when he signed that Rhys Turner was an excellent signing.

I'd watched him many a time for Oldham Athletic and knew what he was capable of.

Agree with everyone. The only criticism is that the margin of the win should have been much bigger.

Aaron Wildig was excellent. He's the puppet master. Pulling the strings with neat passes and then bursts into the box or creates some space with a great pass. Rose was a fabulous captain today but special mention for Peter Murphy, he's improving every game and his winner was down to the determination we've expected from him.

Agree about Turner, who had a good game, but I thought Massanka played very well when he came on to hold up the ball and play some clever passes with maturity at a vital stage of the game.

Formation works. Midfield looked excellent. Saying that, how are / were Plymouth top of the league. Thought Cheatange and Leyton Orient were better sides.

Showed quite a bit of skill when he came on despite tripping up trying to win the ball, probably down to over enthusiasm and a willingness to show what he can do.

As one who has been critical of Murphy in recent week's, I think he had a good game. His goal was earned and deserved after his chance last Tuesday. Lets hope we can take this on and have a good December.

Massanka's shot was deflected just wide without hitting the post. He did look lively and showed some very decent pace in a sprint down the left flank. Its the same as Turner, given a chance they look more than handy.

Looked like it hit the outside of the post from where we were. The deflection was so minimal, but without it, the shot was going in.

When you consider that they got their equaliser in the 43rd minute just prior to h/t it's even more of a credible win by our team when you recall how the opposition would normally come out for the final 45 all geed up after such a late equaliser. Never easy for any team to have to come out after such a late late equaliser and face a team on a high following its late first 45 leveller.

But our lads did themselves proud but so frustrating that they don't perform like that v lesser opposition.
