Which contractors Neil? Which sponsors? Where's the planning application? How much will it cost? How will it be funded? When are they intending to build it? Which businesses have been interested in hiring office space slap bang in a housing estate when much better locations exist in Morecambe and Lancaster to then generate this magical £200k a year?
