But what about the cost of the building, utilities, services, etc? If the money to build it is being borrowed, there'll be loan repayments and interest to pay. It's not just pure profit is it?
Not to mention that £200k of rental income is remarkably optimistic - how many floors will it be and how much floor space. There are local huge buildings that are being rented out for a fraction of that.

Little things (but major things) like kit deals for next season for example??
Who is negotiating / arranging these at the moment ??
Surely things like this would be in motion and being planned now?

Way back at the Fans Forum in February 2016 I remember Mark Dixon saying that the following season's home and away kits were ordered the previous November.
Wonder if that has been done, as it is December tomorrow.

As for who will take space, it's already been documented that one prominent company based at White Cross in Lancaster will be taking space. The opening of The Bay Gateway has made the Morecambe area of greater attraction than before and we all know of the expansion plans for at least one major company currently based at Heysham which I feel will only be the start of major expansion of businesses in the area.
No apology from me for being optimistic about the future of the area.....

That's what PNE have done at Deepdale also. Loads of their office space is NHS inhabited.
KenH wrote:Do the NHS need more office space? I thought they had that old mill on Moor Lane in Lancaster. Isn't that monstrosity at Heysham still virtually empty - I'd heard the upper floors weren't being used.
The PNE is mostly a large busy GP surgery/health centre rather than offices.

Has it? Share transfer forms aren't logged on Co House so there'll be no visible public record of the share transfer.
