£5 gets you membership for the season, it gets you up to 20% discount at over 10 local businesses and every member gets automatic entry into monthly prize draws

hospitality at home games being the top prizes

fans club has 5 morecambe winners every month.

such a basic thing to have setup, by a group of non paid volunteers.

Do you understand my frustration yet

Surely it's the CLUB that should be the first benefactor of funds raised :?: :?: :?:

I think he might mean in prizes as we have 5 Morecambe Fans a month winning, But that wouldn't be correct either. LS just getting a bit passionate.

Thank you all for your comments

To clarify
Firstly for the last 3 years I have run the xmas draw in my own time and for no payment
Secondly I asked for help from fcom in the running of the draw as I had stated we may not be running one otherwise
Thirdly: incorrect statements about the super draw. Only Christies Cat has met with me and has asked me questions. Honest Answers were given. To read misinformation like 'loyal supporter' stating that fcom gives more to the club than the lotteries department is frankly gob smacking and shows the disdain for the department

I have to say that I came to this forum to help answer questions, it seems that was a mistake. People are very quick to criticise without knowledge. From now on I will not be commenting or posting here

Any questions can be sent to lottery@morecambefc.com

Thank you to the few who wish to support the lotteries department

I think this thread has become too personal. While we all have the club's interests at heart, sharing personal messages is not helpful. Responses from here on were all removed by me. Both sides have said their piece.

So how did that work out then?
