Will be a new experience for Jim, seeing the game from an elevated position like the majority of us do. With Ken on the touchline his banter with the 4th official will be interesting.... 8-) 8-) 8-)

Absolutely ridiculous.

Still, it's not like its a long distance to sit in the stands and give the orders out, they'll still probably be able to hear him!

And yet nothing happens to the ref, who wants relegating to Sunday League, if even that's not too good for him.

Sunday League??? Hell..... I wouldn't even have him refereeing a game of Subbuteo in Roy Of The Rovers comic strip story "Mike's Mini Men" (showing my age there again....)

Just a bit of role reversal for Jim and Ken!

Jim if you read this, you are more than welcome to stand with us on the Omega stand, and sample the delights of a half time Bovril with us.

If Jim was to agree to this, I reckon it would increase the attendance somewhat too ??!!!!

Worth a try Sir Jim ??

It worries me that the Cheltenham game referee Michael Salisbury is the Lancashire Sunday League Referee Training Officer! In my opinion he should be relegated back to the Sunday League! He didn't seem to recognise a fair tackle or a foul one!

Whats to stop us registering him as a player and putting him on the bench?

Dam you beat me to it

Seriously thought Christie gets away with standing right next to the edge of the pitch.

Would be good if we could ban Michael Salisbury from refereeing any match at the globe, but were not that lucky.
