38 years old and, according to wikipedia, retired from football in 2012.

Only ever achieved some kind of success in the leagues with us. Could be down to the fact that he was given time to build a team his way without the pressure of a Board being on his case all the time.

Similar to our present manager who has had the continued backing of the same Chairman year in year out.

For me Jim is a superb coach and is best suited in that role in the todays pressure climate where managers are judged on results at the majority of clubs.

Ridiculous. Surely they know that he's going to need some time to develop a club, not just instant success?

Scott Loach applauded Morecambe fans after being on the receiving end of a drubbing. Class, when you remember he only made 2 appearances for us 9 years ago!
