Famous for "Do I not like that".

When he was Watford manager in the mid 80's he had a connection with the school I went to, Carnforth High.

The school sponsored a couple of their players kits also (I think Wilf Rostron was one of them)

A group of customers in a pub over here had a 'Dead Pool' competition, where they selected a celebrity who they thought would go soon. They paid a certain amount in every week and apparently it got to over £500 before Zsa Zsa Gabor died in December.

By that point, two of the original dead pool competitors had died. Which is kind of ironic!

David Cameron. May 4th 2015.
So how did that work out then?

Why nobody started a thread like this when the Mitchell sisters ''shuffled off'' is a mystery?

Add to that 2017 list:

Martin Boardman, who used to make all the official videos of Morecambe matches. Along with his brother, they were known as 'In The Frame', and I'm sure many of us will still have copies of their match videos.

It was a pleasure knowing and working with him over many years.
Condolences to Alan, RIP Martin.

Certainly have still got their videos Brian yes. Loads of them in the loft.

Excellent stuff they were too. Right from the 1994/95 promotion season onwards.

RIP Martin. Another nice guy sadly departed too soon. :(
