Supporter's offer of coach travel?

Supporter's offer of coach travel?

Postby Christies Child » Sun Jan 15, 2017 4:54 pm

A few weeks ago I think it was Don C who offered to pay for the teams away travel until the end of the season.

Not sure if it was genuine and if so was the offer taken up by the club.... :?: :?: :?:

If the club have taken up the offer then a superb gesture at a time when our club need all the help (no matter how small) it can get to see us through this difficult time in our history.

Did the offer end up in the club's other black hole?

Nigel Adams contacted me on here and I emailed him, no response.

It was exactly 2 months ago today.

Appreciate Nigel was going through a tricky period with the club.

Sorry to bump this post but has anyone with contacts within the club made them aware of this unbeliveable and very generous offer. At a time when we need every penny, someone offering to pay for coach travel could save the club a large sum of money. Perhaps the supporters trust, with the contacts they have, make the club aware, thanks.

To be honest, I'm keeping a close eye on the Trust developing as I believe that is the best way to proceed with anything like this rather than dealing directly with the club.

Edit: Now in contact with Posh.
