Any recommendations for travel to Heathrow from Lancaster for an early afternoon flight

Set off now??? 8-)

I'm beginning to get concerned. Early morning flight from Manchester on Sunday. Sailings from IoM cancelled most of the week and cancelled tonight already. :cry: :cry: :cry: Weather looks a bit better tomorrow evening.
