Does anyone know how this works in regards to suspensions?

5 bookings in a season leads to a 1 game suspension.
A red card in a game as a result of 2 bookings leads to a 1 game suspension.

I think the 2 yellows Dean received on Saturday has taken him to 5 for the season which would obviously lead to a 1 game suspension. Does the fact he also received a red card mean he'll have to serve a 2 game ban or will he only miss the 1 game?

The 5 yellows thing only applies until 31st December, so just a one game ban as far as I can see.
