Lots of rumours flying around on Twitter last night about their caretaker manager still being at the club and had he / had he not gone.

Club were denying everything about his role (Andy Edwards I think?) and was saying he was still at the club.

Worrying times for a lot of lower league clubs. Bloody Premier League.... Sky TV......

So if they went into administration and got a points deduction should we do the same as we would still be ahead of them and Newport or maybe get a few more points on the board and then if we look safe do it.

I'd say 6 more points then try and apply for administration but there's a cut off point.

I'd say we'd need a clearly defined owner before someone could make that decision.

Barry Hearne was on the Radio last night saying when he sold the club he didn't sell the ground and leased it to back to the club for 20 years as he felt it offered them some security and like us still having the ground is the thing that could save them.

He reckoned the new owner had the money but he has just run it really badly and hasn't known what he was doing.

He did say though he is sceptical of supporters trusts some work and some don't as they don't have experience of running a club, also even if they raise 200K, 200K doesn't get you very far in football probably one months wages.

Several suggestions that we should go into administration but what would we gain by doing this? I thought if you went into administration you couldn't increase your debt and so you had to reduce expenditure. In our case wouldn't that mean getting rid of staff- players and off the field staff? Where would that take us?

Doesn't it also mean, not paying your local suppliers, possibly putting their livelihood at risk?

So how did that work out then?
