Rather the opposite, a few more pieces of the puzzle are dropping into place.

Can anybody trust anybody any more? How many clubs over the years have fallen foul of unscrupulous 'business men'? Not that I'm saying we have.

it's always the honest fan who genuinely loves his club that suffers and nobody gets punished. It's little wonder that Joe Public mistrusts and despises many so called entrepreneurs and the law makers who allow them to operate. Little people always get s**t on.

Usually when pieces of a puzzle are going together it's a good thing , on this occasion I am worried about what the completed puzzle will reveal :(

Once again this sorry story raises more questions with very few answers. How can the club be owned by Mr. Burnard when he has not passed the Football League's "fit and proper person test"? Has Mr. Burnard paid for his shares in the football club? Is there a link between Mr Burnard and Peter McGuigan? What has happened to the money Abdullah put into the club? Has somebody used Diego and now he has conveniently disappeared out of the clutches of the law? What exactly are the board doing to clean up this awful mess? Has there been criminal activity and have the police been involved?

How much time and money has been wasted chasing a little fat Brazilian bloke around the middle east? Hopefully this will provide a bit of clarity and the powers that be can start chasing the real villian.

That's a really shoddy and cheap website, and so is the one for the SEO company that supposedly made it. Front after front.

Well , if history teaches us anything........it's nothing if you are called PMG, it would apear we have a small queue of ''colourful characters'' going through the revolving door at the club, PMG simply bothered about getting ''something'' out of it, and potential disaster looming larger than ever

:o :o

The new chap on the scene doesn't seem the most reputable either and how can we bring him in anyway without g50 of whoever our owner is agreeing.

Good work by the bay though I didn't know they investigated things and ran stories like that.

Not to mention that there's no mention of him being a qualified accountant either. Unlike most other professions, the word "accountant" isn't protected so literally anyone can call themselves an accountant and set up an accountancy practice - no qualifications nor experience needed! What's telling is that there is no mention of what really matters i.e. being "chartered" nor any mention of other qualifications - those who do have qualifications aren't shy about marketing that fact.

Think its time for some fan action. PMG is looking to offload the club to literally anyone. The only solution I can see right now is fan ownership. If that means being back in non-league, so be it.

And where would this club play football, our home stolen off us, and replaced by something that will be sold off to the first shark with money?

I agree with every day that passes I can only see fan ownership as the answer. Even with a new owner the local community won't trust them and support the club through sponsorship etc the only way they would be through a fan owned community club.

The only other option is administration which brings the value of tge club down and we might then get some new interested parties.

What a shambles. We have been led to the brink of disaster by PMG and the very existence of the club is threatened. I have no confidence that the present personnel that have taken us to this dark place are able to lead us to better times. We have become a laughing stock and it's time for a Supporters Trust to become involved in the club.

“I am not interested in club, I would be only exclusively if the board resigned, because the problem in Morecambe is the board."

What, I am not interested in the club? although the second half of the sentence might not be far off.

Also PMG: “I’ve got more chance of speaking to God than Diego Lemos" you know what PMG it might be worth trying to get in touch with the big man upstairs because all your other options are running out fast.

The Bay have now said what I couldn't say in the original post. Basically that Diego Lemos knows or knew nothing about resigning as a Director or the transfer of shares.

Why is PMG courting suitors for a club he doesn't own? Especially ones who have a history of being arrested.

In fact why is someone neither employed by the club or owner of any shares playing any part in the decision making process of the clubs future.

It is a pity he didn't just write off his debt and shares and offer the club to an ex director or a consortium of ex directors gratis as long as they undertook to invest in it.

So are we saying that The Bay have managed to contact Diego, but PMG/Board/Club couldn't???

Judging by how his other companies have gone I'd say he must have needed the money.

For me that is the perfect solution to this entire fiasco.

Current Director Rod Taylor and former Director Graham Hodgson would in my eyes be the ideal partnership to take control.

And if Peter McG was prepared to write off his debt and shares he would at least come out of the mess with some credibility where as now its diminishing day by day.
