For me the villain is Lemos who is doing his utmost to blame all and sundry for this utter balls up.

Both Nigel and Peter told me, face to face at the last home game that Lemos had NOT been in contact with either of them despite efforts by both of them to make contact with the Brazilian.

PMG says, "he has more chance of speaking to God than Diego Lemos", and yet a 19-year old reporter can get a call with him? It's all bollocks.

Well if he bought them at the same price he bought his other 80% he would only need £625

My mind goes back to the situation when NESV purchased LFC from Gillett & Hicks.

The club Chairman (Martin Broughton) and Chief Executive (Christian Purslow) were instrumental in selling the club over the heads of the owners.

Again, it was a very messy situation that went on long beyond NESV gaining ownership of the club ending up in the High Court.

It appeared that as the owners were being obstructive in the best interests of the company or not meeting their obligations as company officials, the chairman appeared to have some degree of control over what is in the best interests of that company ?

Does this have some similarity to our current situation and our chairman is the person with the biggest influence right now on where this is all going, regardless of who's paid who ?

Brexit will be all sorted first at this rate. I hope we're not ruined by the legal costs that are being ramped up along the way !

All we can do right now is keep turning up on matchday, get behind Jim, get behind the team, realise they are doing their jobs in exceptionally difficult circumstances and just hope that everything behind the scenes is being progressed by people who have the long term future of the club as their priority.

Peter told me at the Fans Forum that he wasn't going to sell the club. 4 days later he put the club up for sale.

I don't think he was lying to you HTR , he probably just forgot he was selling the club or something, easily done, forgetting things when you are over a certain age,

Diego's a patsy, puppet, stooge, whatever name you want to use. Always has been. Probably just spoken out after all the stick he's been getting, when he's only been lending his name to all this because the real perpetrator can't do any such deals.

I've not heard the interview. How was his English???

I seem to recall he wouldn't give interviews last year due to his "English being poor".

Just wondering.......

Lots of ppl to blame here.

If Diego did uncover issues within the club after he took over, its his fault for buying the club/PMG Leisure, etc. Due Diligence is like Acquisition 101. I'm sure they would have found some redundancies with financials etc. He should have also had a lawyer set up a company rather than an accountant. And as majority owner, I'd probably want my own board in place. The board pretty much ran against him yet he has the power the kick them out with majority ownership. I would have done a vote and elected my own board.

When PMG said he the club was relatively debt free when trying to sell it, he clearly lied because Companies House shows a debt of £2.8 million in 2015. Plus the debt at PMG Leisure. So even though fans might be getting face time with PMG, I wouldn't trust anything he says. The club has been losing money for the last few years it seems.

Board of Directors seem to be in disarray. There are sides being taken. Yet no action. There clearly also needs to be a management change as a club losing money means you're not doing a good job running it, regardless of waiting for cash injections. Most businesses don't have Sugar Daddies to fall too. If it means letting some staff go and/or cutbacks then so be it. As much as its a club, its also a business. Joseph Cala seems like a sketchy businessman but he is right, the board's gotta go.

A lie detector would be more appropriate.

We'd need more than one because a single one would be overworked and blow a fuse with all the lies being spouted from too many bloody rogues and sharks who suddenly appear on Svs with grand master plans of how to resolve all the crap surrounding a takeover.

With all this talk of the main board not fit and proper can an extraordinary club members annual meeting not be called for members to vote the board off

How naive. Just because somebody has verbally spoken to a face doesn't make it more true. All respect for Peter has gone. Sooner the full board have cleared off the better.

Someone apply for the Jeremy Kyle show. Would be a crowd puller with the main protagonists on the stage and the bouncer separating them. Jeremy would tie them in knots and get answers.
Shrimps fans in the audience - would be great to watch the squirming.

From the latest Bay news...

PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR LEGAL REASONS BAY NEWS HAS EDITED AND/OR NOT USED CERTAIN SECTIONS OF BOTH INTERVIEWS OBTAINED ON AIR AND ONLINE. AS THE SITUATION DEVELOPS WE WILL KEEP THE POTENTIAL RELEASE OF THIS AUDIO UNDER REVIEW

Even The Bay don't believe everything they've been told! I'd love not know what the edited comments were and who made them.

So how did that work out then?
