Jimbo Interview: Staff/Players Not Paid

Jimbo sounds absolutely fed up.

- He's kept the players away from the club today due to the ongoing saga and they're "doing their own stuff". This has effects on match preparations but players know what to do and are focussed on the next game.
- Rod Taylor working behind the scenes to try and resolve the situation (seriously need to rename a stand in his name, the man can't be knocked down).
- "Very much a mess". Lots of people in the picture, not ideal, doesn't know what's going on RE: ownership.
- "People are getting bored of it all. It's not right".
- Barry in touch with the PFA as he's the players PFA representative.
- Lots of meetings going on with the EFL regarding Cala and ownership.
- Can't lean on good will for too long.
- Since the last time they were paid late, staff were paid half and half so wages seem to have been an issue for the last few months.
- Can't go on much longer

And why is Rod Taylor left to sort it out knowing the new regime are going to force his resignation once they get their hands on the club? Shocking start to their ownership, before it's even began.

Radio Lancs saying the non playing staff have been paid from existing club funds, so not new funding and I guess they are hoping the PFA will cover the players wages.

Radio lancs never said that , I listened to sportsnews on the hour between 5 and 10 last night and they just broadcast Jims interview, players are off again today.

Things are looking rather bleak. Didn't Abdul say he would pay players & staff wages until end of season if any problems cropped up, so why are staff & players without money after the deadline? Somebody is telling lies somewhere & while they fart around our club is going under further.

There looked to be a lot of cars parked in the players parking area this morning.

One or 2 expensive looking motors in the home directors parking area.
