They were still owing high flying Premiership players their 5 year contracted amounts. Which in the lower Leagues wasn't sustainable.
Apart from actually being in L2, involving kicking a ball about on grass I can't see any similarities to the 2 clubs.
They get as many fans through the door in 1 game as we do in 12
