People from Lancaster are protesting on the Millenium Bridge about Donald Trump. Is Trump arsed what the unwashed of Lancaster are doing on a bridge over the river Lune? Its not what is said or not said, it's a way of showing the current Board that we care about our club. I doubt that Cala would even give a group of fans the time of day...but it would show our current Board how much the club means to joe public.

I have to agree with you we need to get things into motion or very soon this club could be gone. Sitting back expecting things to happen isn't always the answer in this situation. People want to help the club by offering their time to fund raise by any method and nothing is happening. I agree it is too late when the clubs gone. I have offered to be a bucket rattler but we need volunteers. It may come to nothing but if we get these things into action we don't know.

We had a near full house against Newcastle,the towns public will always jump on the bandwagon,like Wembley,get real the{ fans} at Wembley were never likely to be regulars,I stand in the same spot in North stand Omega stand week in week out with the same mates in the same spot and only have to muscle glory hunters away on the occasion we might get a lucrative match,the hardcore fans are a minority who with limited finances will make very little difference to the club even if we wanted to,a lottery win aside,we are in the shit big time

In reply to "the glory hunters" jibe, I was at Wembley yes (I also took a minibus full of football fans, mainly Margate FC to the new Wembley) I also travelled the nigh on 700 mile round trip from Thanet to Morecambe to watch home games, no I'm not a glory hunter at all, I have MFC at heart, however as I now live in Turkey it's a tad hard to attend "home" games but............ I can assure you I do and have spent money in the club shop to support MFC. Yes this situation is totally shambolic. Rant over.

Not sure what good a few folk going down to the Globe will do. Yes, folk feel that they need to do something, but I think to get real attention our situation deserves, perhaps some form of demonstration at Doncaster on Saturday? What though can we do to grab attention without being ruining the match for the home fans?
