Abdullah still the owner then? (2/2/16)

According to Cala, he's bought G50 'subject to EFL approval.
Therefore, Abdullah is still the owner.

Why isn't he paying the wages?

I can't imagine/work out, how he's gaining from screwing us over? Has he got hold of the shares on the cheap and sold them at an inflated price? But how would that happen? Has he just been p****ed off because Diego screwed him and he just wants to cut his losses? In which case, why not work with the club to sort the mess out?

If the EFL refuse Cala as a 'fit & proper person', then what does Abdullah do next? Any value in his share holding will collapse as the circus trundles on. If we go in to administration, then his value is nil and he's at the back of the queue as a creditor?

And if Cala is approved...

Nearly, we're in limbo. Cala has bought the shares but the league says he can't run the club yet. So Abdul doesn't own G50 and Cala can't run the club.

But Cala said the deal was done "subject to EFL approval" therefore, presumably, the deal isn't done yet and Cala doesn't own the shares? Also, in his rant, he asks why the owners of G50 aren't paying wages?

Cala has paid for the shares, unfortunately if it isn't not him, then it's up to him who has them next, we won't see Abdul again, he's been paid and probably a bit poorer but wiser.

I suspect whilst all this nonsense is going on a counter bid is possible. Please let a consortium be formed to put in a bid!

*ucking mess that's for sure.

I'm still holding out for the EFL to refuse permission to both Cala and G50 to take control after all the underhand wheeling and dealing that has gone on behind the back of our club and PMcG in particular.

Surely the EFL can't be happy with the way one of their clubs has been subject to such underhand dealings.

I still don't understand who actually is the owner of G50..is it Abdul or is it the North East based accountant... :?: :?: :?:

Unfortunately if he doesn't get approved then we are still screwed, no consortium or saviour had expressed any interest to abdul before Cala, which would have been ideal.
