Lots of people saying that Diego is now the owner again. Am I missing something here? I've read The Bay article and my conclusion from all that is that Graham Burnard is now the owner?

There is the dispute, Diego has the shares but Burnard owns the company and wants Diego to "put up" ie pay.

Burnard can't pay the wages cos he is not EFL approved and seemingly didn't know his company was buying a football club

On that basis how would Abdul be able to pay any money to the club for wages as some are suggesting? He's no longer a director of the club and G50 seems to be owned by Diego and / or Burnard.

Think they could do with Bailiffs in as well to recover the money owed for staff wages once Diego comes out of hiding.

Don't forget that Diego also claimed he never resigned from G50 and if he's won the shares case then who knows
