I agree. These people will be a good idea to track & get the money out of him. ;)

There is the dispute, Diego has the shares but Burnard owns the company and wants Diego to "put up" ie pay.

Burnard can't pay the wages cos he is not EFL approved and seemingly didn't know his company was buying a football club

When Diego comes back I hope sky sports & all radio stations are interviewing him like Joseph Cala. Don't worry Diego we will get you a translator when you reach England. ;)

On that basis how would Abdul be able to pay any money to the club for wages as some are suggesting? He's no longer a director of the club and G50 seems to be owned by Diego and / or Burnard.

EDIT: I may already be able to answer this. Burnard is Abduls trustee?

Oh ffs, why is Diego pulling this nonsense now? He ran away! There's nothing here for him and he's not going to run the club or pay for it. Just piss off.

As Burnard alludes to, he thinks if he can gain control of the club again then he'll be able to sell it to someone else and get all the money into his own pocket.

But wouldn't you check first though before buying anything?

I saw that yeah. Is there a way to make it impossible for him to profit? How much is his one share in G50 worth? 1% of the sale of the club?

What's happened to the police involvement that was mentioned in one of the previous articles from The Bay?

Think they could do with Bailiffs in as well to recover the money owed for staff wages once Diego comes out of hiding.

Diego needs to pick up some duty free cigarettes on the flight. I heard some stories about him owing tabs to a few people.

Don't forget that Diego also claimed he never resigned from G50 and if he's won the shares case then who knows :?: :?: :?: :?: :?:
