Sadly CC I don't think this area is overly blessed with business men who have enough spare cash even as a consortium to throw at a football club that can't even break even financially. I have half an idea of who you may be eluding to but don't you think they would have come forward by now . However I do agree with you about Rod Taylor he has been an unsung hero in this ongoing mess !

The point people want to know is what is the extent of the "protected" land?
Is it just the pitch? I.e. could the stadium, car park, roads etc be demolished and turned into housing around a "green"? Could the car park be sold off for housing?
Or, is it the entire curtilage of the site, i.e. is the car park, roads, stadium buildings, etc., that are all protected.
Or indeed, is anything at all protected?
