Sometimes we don't fully appreciate the work that goes on behind the scenes of our great club. And the departure of one of the Academy's leading lights, Geoff McDougle as featured in his last day interview on the OWS highlights how important his role has been in the development of our Academy players who it is hoped will one day be in the first team squad.
