I'm not sure how many season ticket holders there are these days but let's say that it's 500.

As it stands, if (for example) the law decided Diego/Cala/bloke from the North East is the lawful owner, you'd effectively be giving that money to one of them to spend as they see fit. At least if it goes to the trust, they can pass it on to Rod for wages payments (or whatever) so we have some control over it.

Agreed. I think a lot of us have agreed to contribute to the trust asap when accounts etc' are set up. I also don't mind contributing into buckets but I'd hate to think that one penny of it was going into the pocket of a crook. Also what will happen to gate money? I'm not currently a season ticket holder but wouldn't like any of the gate money to be available to 'our new found friends', at least until they prove they are putting money of their own in and I don't think any of us are holding our breath on that one.

Yes it seems the sensible approach. Lemos we want what is owed along with your friend Mr Burnard.

Maybe those who are invited to use the private boxes should consider a donation as well.....

As I see it all money via main reception will go into the clubs coffers NOT into the sticky hands of a preditor because until any takeover the current Board of Directors will be responsible for handling the cash. To suggest that they should not be trusted is completely wrong.

So 2 things. is this a fact that under the current circumstance the current board have full control of money in and out? Because if it's not you clearly haven't understood my post
If this is the case then by definition the current board are fully responsible for the wages not being paid.
