I'll put this as diplomatically as I can......TAKE YOUR MONEY AND PLEASE GO AWAY AND LEAVE OUR CLUB ALONE. YOUR ACTIONS AND OUTBURSTS OVER THE LAST FEW DAYS SHOWS THAT YOU ARE NOT THE TYPE OF OWNER THAT A FAMILY CLUB LIKE MORECAMBE FC NEEDS OR WANTS. THANKS FOR YOUR INTEREST BUT NO THANKS. IF IT MEANS THAT WE HAVE TO SEEK AN ALTERNARTIVE LEAGUE IN WHICH TO CONTINUE THEN SO BE IT, BUT THAT IS A PRICE WORTH PAYING IF IT MEANS YOUR DEPARTURE.

I don't believe cala wrote it more Williams did to try and calm things down, note it doesn't have an actual signature on.

Go into Marcos when it re-opens and you will find most Italians are very passionate, how they speak. However, if we saw the colour of his legitimate money then I would give the guy a chance . He is correct that the problems have happened before Lemos was in the fold. He is fairly true to the point, apart from the hospitality which does work, as Dave Chisnall PDC Darts player had his wedding there & believe it was busy last night. I don't hold grudges if we all saw his money & we had more of an idea of what finance he had got. I wouldn't have a problem with that, but the way I see it at the moment I don't trust any of them when it comes to money as not seen much evidence of it apart from waffle & more waffle.

The worry here is that although hels a chancer of dubious character, he makes all the right noises and seems to be good at sussing out rotten apples, but I suppose, ''it takes one to know one'', I don't think we have heard the last of him.

If anyone thinks Cala and his cronies are right for MFC then they need their head's read. Are we really saying it's this or nothing? First impressions count for a lot and the guy showed his hand straight away coming into the club and throwing his weight around when he isn't even the owner. He's manipulative and devious and I don't want anything to do with this ****! If it means starting again to keep the spirit of the club intact (i.e what was experienced at Donny) then i'd rather start again, thanks.

But Lemos is no better, leaving us in the crap. Actually it remains to see If Mr Burnard will join them with empty promises. We really wouldn't want to start again were Hereford are if we can help it. We have to hope Mr Burnard sticks to his word. The only people I feel positive about looking after the club is Rod & Nigel but that ain't going to probably happen.

Can you tell us why you would feel ok about somebody who has forged his dead fathers signature on legal documents controlling the club?

I don't want him he reminds of the last two in Lemos & Cala. The man is trouble & I can see problems along the way if he is capable of this. The problem we have is there is not much we can do if he ain't going to budge on selling the shares unless court action. My concern along with everybody else is the players & staff getting paid off him.

I still wonder if Peter McG sold his shares for a down payment but that the total payment has not been made BUT whose name on the legal documents is it that shows who the purchaser was and therefore the legal owner is.If they have been sold to Diego and his name is the only one on the documents then surely G50 have no right to them if they haven't been transfered from Diego to G50 as he appears to be now claiming..or is that a too simplistic view of the saga.

Spud is spot on that all 3 who were interested or have shares can't be trusted. Mr Burnard says he didn't want a football club, so why won't he sell now before we are up to our neck in the smelly stuff. Reading about his past does not fill me with any confidence on how or where we are going from here. Time for the BBC Lancashire Sport to chase Mr Burnard up & get some answers.

I might be totally confused here but my understanding is that Burnard is only the legal owner of G50 and MFC due to Diego not paying him (and going AWOL) for his work setting up G50 to purchase MFC. He's owed cash from Diego but has now inherited the club and all its liabilities, including January's staff wages. This must mean he will be keen to either get his cash back from Diego or alternatively get the club moved on if he can legally sell it.

Still clutching at straws :?:

If there's any truth in that, where's the legal case? Why say he'd resign to let Cala in if the shares were his? The only legal issue surrounds G50, Diego & Abdul. PMG is not named.

An accountant not being paid to form a company doesn't legally mean he becomes the company owner. Two completely different things. It just means that Burnard needs to recover his fees from Diego through the courts. None of that stops Diego being the legitimate owner.

You could say that since PMG didn't get full payment, then he's still the owner.

The only winners out of all this will be the lawyers.

Kenh, you say that ''since pmg never got full payment'', is that an assumption or a fact, it isn't documented anywhere, PMG has been silent since agreeimg to step down and let ''clown no. 3'' take over, lets see what this week brings from ''Clown no. 4'' Mr Burnard.

Reading between the lines from the article & reading Mr Burnard's conversation that he owns the club until Lemos pays him. He stated he is waiting on EFL approval & organise finance. Reading all this makes it clear, however if Lemos has not payed Graham Burnard then he probably won't have payed Peter the full amount either. Time is running out & players won't hang about if this continues.

It is very clear in this conversation that Burnard will not be paying anyone their wages, and that he has no credible buyer, so obviously the only solution is someone fit and proper to step out of the shadows very quickly , pay Burnard and Lemos off, and it's chocks away, simple

Bit sick of these fellows stringing us along, what do you think, KS?

You can't tell when he was asked about wages. He stated he was waiting on EFL approval & sorting out finance. I am surprised Nigel has not come back in for the club.

The asking price must certainly have been slashed.

The "dream team" would be a Rod Taylor, Nigel Adams and Graham Hodgson consortium but no evidence that this is very likely.
