Mate, you need to give EE a call about this.
My son bought a new handset from EE and advised them about needing to keep his same number etc and they took all the details in the shop and "phoned it through to their provider to register and organise."
However, days later and nothing had happened so we phoned EE direct on 150 and they had no record of it at all. They took the details over the phone and it was sorted.
On the matter of Samsung batteries, don't get me started. My new work phone is a Samsung S5 and the battery life is absolutely dobbins.
Give me my own personal iphone anyday which I swear by. Can't go wrong.
