Similar to what Venky's are at Blackburn Rovers.

Clueless when it comes to football.

When they bought Rovers they genuinely thought that relegation from the Premier League didn't happen and you were there for life.

PLEASE don't let this happen........

The fact that Mr. Hogg has stated he will pay the bills and debts 'apart from the directors loans' will be making a few of them twitch.

Companies House still have MFC owing charges to:

Peter Cross
Rod Taylor
Mark Dixon
Graham Howse
PMG
Graham Hodgson

I think all of PMGs loan was converted into shares and we know where they went , or maybe we don't!

I would love to know as a director when you pump more money in do you realistically ever expect to get your loan back again or have you done it more as a donation.

Also when Directors stand down do they get their loans paid back (it doesn't look like it) so when do they think the club will pay them back.

They know that the club is never (unless they do a Lincoln City/Burton Albion) going to make a profit which is the only way debts like this would be repaid apart from a naïve new owner coming in and paying them off.

so they might not mind a new owner not paying back the debt.

Does it show on the accounts how much directors loans were

Each director themselves have to agree to write off their loans. No third party can unilaterally take their rights away. They have legal charges against the club's property, so their loans stand unless and until each director legally/formally waives them.

I suspect this is a reason why last year's sale went sour. Perhaps the buyer (whoever that was) thought he could secure loans against the club's property, which has been scuppered by the number of legal charges against that same property.

You're mixing the Board with shareholder. What was sold was PMG's shares in the Ltd company. The final decision would never have been in the Board's hands but they would have been consulted and included in the search for someone to buy PMG's shares.
